ER310: Food Safety in the Event of a Disaster Tabletop Exercise

Past participants of the FDA ER310 Food Safety Issues in the Event of Disaster course are invited to participate in our in-person exercise at our 2024 Annual Educational Conference & Exhibition (AEC).

Working in small groups, you will put what you learned during the course into practical experience. Don’t miss this chance to build your knowledge while working and learning with colleagues from around the country.

Eligibility

This event is open only to individuals who have previously completed the FDA ER310 course. You do not have to attend the AEC to participate in the in-person tabletop exercise, but it is highly encouraged.
