A Season of Discontent

As news of disastrous weather and environmental events happening throughout the country—Hurricane Florence, flooding, wildfires, and red tides—dominates the headlines, this month's column issues a call to action for all of us. As NEHA members, we should be perceived by our communities as leaders in the national climate conversation. We should live our lives in a manner that demonstrates our individual commitment to reducing our carbon footprint. Collectively, we can make a difference in solving this crisis.
