Using Frank Lloyd Wright and NEHA's current work to incorporate better software systems for the association and its members, this month's column highlights how crucial technology is to our profession. The use of technology can further the work the environmental health profession does toward the greater good of timely decision making and public health. Looking forward, however, data collection, analysis, and reporting can be used for more than compliance and can be used to predict where environmental health risks will exist in the future.
